Your computer already has an unzipping program, but there is a program out there that unzips all kinds of zipped files so you might want to download that for future use. Right click and choose New Folder, name it ModsĦ. Open Mods folder and paste there the Resource.cfg file you’ve just downloaded.ħ. Right click again and make a New Folder, this time name it PackagesĨ. The sims 3 will read them as its own and it will automatically show in your game. They need to be there if you want them to show up in your game.
